Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

ONEVISA Technologies, Ltd. (“ONEVISA”; license number 105365389300001; IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Level 3, Innovation One building, Dubai International Financial Centre; hello@onevisa.ai) is the controller of the personal information you give us on this website, www.onevisa.ai. This policy applies the GDPR where applicable, the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles. It does not cover the OneVisa platform: students are covered by the Student Privacy Policy and agencies and schools by the Data Processing Agreement, both listed on the Legal page.

2. Demo and meeting requests

• What we collect: your name, email address, role (school or agency), approximate number of visas processed per month and visa destination, and the time you book. • Why: to answer your request and hold the meeting. • Legal basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR 6.1.a and 6.1.b). • Recipients: HubSpot, which provides the meeting scheduler. • Retention: as long as needed to handle the request and then for the limitation period.

3. Commercial communications

• What we collect: your email address, when you ask to receive them or when you book a demo and agree to hear from us. • Why: to send newsletters and updates about ONEVISA services. • Legal basis: your consent, or our legitimate interest in sending communications about services similar to those you asked about (GDPR 6.1.a and 6.1.f). • Recipients: our CRM and email outreach providers, currently HubSpot and Lemlist. • Retention: until you withdraw your consent or object, and then for the limitation period. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email or by writing to hello@onevisa.ai.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website loads a visitor tracking script from Lemlist, which recognises visitors who arrive from our outreach emails and measures their engagement, and, when you open the booking window, the HubSpot meeting scheduler. Both may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on an adequacy decision, the Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, on standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures. Where we disclose personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to make sure it handles that information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your information, to correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its use, port it, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@onevisa.ai. We answer within one month and in any case within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the competent authority: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au), the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, or the supervisory authority of your habitual residence in the EU or EEA.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. Previous versions are archived.
